Guild Mission Statement
Our members shall be both coachable and willing to share constructive DOTA knowledge. We do not accept players who are preoccupied with how great they are as individuals--DOTA is a team game. The support who had no kills, but spent most of his time: harassing, denying, warding, and giving regeneration to other team mates is just as valuable as the carry who scored the most kills. Our members shall treat other players with respect, even noobs who have no idea what they are doing and are bound to make many mistakes. There is a significant difference between coaching or giving constructive feedback and criticizing or trolling. Our members shall be constructive, or they shall no longer be members. Our members shall be decent enough to allow other teams to pause for players to resolve tech issues, which everyone eventually has playing DOTA. Our members shall continuously learn to play DOTA better.
